Rules and Regulations

Check-in: Check-in begins at 2 pm. Check-out is at 11 am. Early check-in and check-out options are available. Park management approval is required. Fees apply.
Registration: Each registration includes 2 guests. Additional guest fees of $5.00 per night will apply to guests 6 years of age or older. Maximum of 6 guests per site.
Speed Limit: 5 mph.
Quiet Time: 10 pm – 7 am
Trash: Trash pick-up is at 10 am. Place trash in front of the RV site between 9 am and 10 am. If trash pick up is missed, place trash in the dumpster. All trash must be bagged. Do not place trash out overnight since it will attract animals.
Children: Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult in all common areas of the park, including the bathhouse, clubhouse, and pool/pool area. No ball is to be played in the street.
Visitors: All visitors must register at the office. Due to limited parking, alternate arrangements may be required for additional vehicles.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in any common area. Please dispose of the remnants properly. Additional fees will apply for site and property cleanup.
Vehicles: One RV and one vehicle per site. RVs must be self-contained and in good condition. For RVs older than 10 years please submit recent photos prior to a reservation. No tent camping, converted trailers, or boat trailers are permitted. Extra vehicles must be pre-approved by management & registered. An additional $5 daily fee will apply. Do not park on the grass.
Electric Golf Carts: Allowed and must be operated by a licensed driver 16 years of age or older. NO ATVs, dirt bikes, or scooters allowed.
Pets: We are pet friendly: Maximum 2 pets per RV. All pets are to be under the control and visual observation of the owner. A max 6ft leash rule is in effect whenever the pet is outside the owner’s RV. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please clean up after your pet. Use designated pet area and dispose of waste in waste stations. Pets are not to be tied up outside unattended. Owner must always remain with their pet. Outdoor pet kennels are not permitted. Pets may not interfere with the peace of other guests. If your pet is disturbing others, you will receive a courtesy call. If noncompliance occurs, you will be asked to leave without a refund. Due to liability reasons, aggressive dogs are not permitted. This rule is strictly enforced.
Drain Water: State law prohibits the ground disposal of any drain water (gray or black). Wastewater must be disposed of in a sewer drain using a tight seal by the sewer donut, sewer ring or screw-type connector.
Office Hours: 9 a.m. – 5 pm Mon–Sat. Closed Sunday. On Call 24/7. Camp hosts are on duty after hours and on weekends.
Fish Cleaning: Please only clean fish in the designated cleaning area near the dumpster. Wrap fish waste in double plastic bags before disposing of it in the dumpster.
Conduct: Rowdiness, loud music, obscene language, possession, or use of drugs will not be tolerated, and parties are subject to removal from the resort. Fireworks are not permitted.
Disclosure: Blue Heron Escape RV assumes no responsibility for accidents, injury, losses of personal property, or losses for any cause. We reserve the right to evict or ask any camper to leave for failure to observe rules or for detrimental conduct. No refunds for early departure for weather or being asked to leave the resort.
